As alarm and camera companies are sales driven and not custom design security
consultants, Bruce Kingsland & Associates employs experts with more than
two decades experience conducting risk assessments, on-site security analysis,
concealed and prominently visible camera installation, and alarm installation
design to small- and medium-sized businesses as well as high-end residence
homeowners throughout Ohio.
A standard consultation begins with a detailed risk assessment followed
by an examination of existing security features, systems, procedures, and
personnel (when applicable) after which time a detailed report of our findings
is submitted with recommendations for cost-effective changes and upgrades
based on the client’s specific needs.
We then install the client’s custom-designed interior and/or exterior
camera packages that allow the user to view all cameras through monitors,
televisions, and/or any on or off-site computer with Internet access. Our
staff also supervises alarm company installers to ensure all systems are
installed and functioning in accordance with our custom designed specifications. Alarm
discounts are provided through our preferred vendor when ordered through
BKA.
When applicable, we also provide recommendations for proper security-related
landscape designs that removes improperly placed bushes, trees, and exterior
lighting with elegant and correctly positioned replacements. All landscaping
installations are performed through a central Ohio-based landscape company
with whom we maintain a strategic alliance.
